It is hard to believe that we are in March, 2010. However, if all you do is get up, go to work, come home, eat, sleep, and reverse the process since it has been so cold, snowy, and dreary, then time will definitely pass quickly. These cold winter days have just melted together for those of us who tend to hibernate in the winter. The cold really affects James G. these days. He can't seem to catch his breath in the cold air.
Life seems to be settling in for this ex UPS feeder driver. As of Monday, he is officially retired with 27 1/2 years of service. He still is having a hard time adjusting his sleeping habits to nighttime sleeping. He is still adjusting his eating habits to eating during the day and not at 2 or 3 in the morning. I often hear him on the phone talking to his "buds" at 3 or 3:30 in the morning. They are in the process of driving home from Nashville and he is still prowling--trying to get sleepy.
Life continues to improve for the patient, but I think that Spring weather will really improve his health and disposition. There is nothing quite as exciting as a beautiful , sunny, Spring day.
Enjoy your evening.
